Obedience Training

*"an old dog CAN learn new tricks", it just takes patience and consistancy like with anything new. Dogs are highly intelligent creatures and can learn in all life stages from puppyhood to seniorship and all ages in between. It's never too late to start training.

**KEEP IN MIND ANY TRAINING OR REHAB MAY TAKE WEEKS OR MONTHS BEFORE YOU SEE ANY RESULTS.

(RESULTS VARY FROM DOG TO DOG)

*Dogs enrolled in our obedience course will learn to sit, lay down, stay, come and move. If you want special training (learning to search or sniff, shake (we try to discourage that for specific reasons) etc.) there is a seperate course for that type of training.

Puppy (3-9 months) = $10.00/hour

10 - 12 months old = $12.00/hour

1+ years old = $20.00/hour

For extra tricks such as: Dance, Shake, Go, Jump, Get It, Bring It, Speak, Drop It or whatever you can think of...

it is an extra $5.00 per optional trick learned.

Behavior Rehabilitation (for dogs with issues)

  • FREE Assessment (unless the dog is aggressive, in which case you will be charged $25.00 for the assessment)

  • Yellow Zone (mild problems like excessive licking, high energy, bolting out the door when it opens, etc.)

  • Orange Zone (moderate issues like separation anxiety, excessive barking, jumping on people or furniture, pulling on walks, etc.)

  • RED ZONE (aggressive, deadly or potentially dangerous behavior such as attacking other animals or people, etc.)

Priced as follows:

Yellow zone cases: $30.00 per session

Orange zone cases: $45.00 per session

RED ZONE cases: $60.00 per session, due to potential risk or injury. Dog must also be muzzled for the trainer and the dogs safety.

****Due to the nature of this course a release of liability waiver is mandatory for all clients. That is for all zoned cases.

Here is an example of a RED ZONE dog displaying territorial behavior.
